Experimenting Smartphone Photography using ASUS Zenfone2 Laser

This time while I ventured into the Himalayas, I decided to ditch my camera and experiment with smartphone photography using the  microscopic gadget I had in my hand. Honestly I had my doubts initially as I look for printable quality of pictures but after clicking few shots with this phone, I can say that if you love taking photos with your smartphone, Asus ZenFone 2 Laser is the perfect phone for you

Doesn’t believe me? Here are my sample shots using ASUS Zenfone2 Laser

Few things which I really liked in Zenfone2 Laser is that it gives you a lot of options in Camera mode to experiment with photography. Night mode which will capture brighter shots in low light, Low light mode which increases 3X light sensitivity, super resolution option to give extraordinary clarity to the picture

What do you think about this ? Amateur Photographer in me is not disappointed though 🙂

  1. Nice article Swati, and some very good photos! The ASUS seems to have a fine camera. Talking of smartphone photography in general, I have no hesitation a smartphone for serious photography. I use my iPhone side by side with my Leica and often get a better picture with the phone. A good camera will hands down beat a camera phone for large prints, but for web use camera phones are just fine. These days most high end phones have very good cameras indeed. On a recent vacation I took only the phone and got some spectacular images with it. If you don’t need large prints, and can do without a zoom, then a smartphone makes a superb photography tool.
